Fine Foods mogul Mohamad Fakih has announced a partnership with Chef Massimo Capra, a renowned Italian-Canadian chef. The partnership, called “Mass E Mo” (for Massimo and Mohamad, of course), will offer halal pizza to the greater Toronto area.
“We’ve respected each other for years and have been looking for the right opportunity to work together,” Capra told Canadian Pizza Mag. “This concept will combine our strengths and create something entirely new for our guests to experience.”
Capra and Fakih have both made their names known in the Toronto food scene. Their partnership will combine their strengths into a new, exciting taste for all foodies.
